Campaign for Healthy Weight

The start of a new year often coincides with a renewed emphasis on weight, but at the onset of this election year, a new education campaign is encouraging Americans to forgo the latest fad diets and rally behind a cause, not just the political candidates.

The Campaign for Healthy Weight, a joint initiative of America On the Move and America's milk processors, is encouraging women nationwide to embrace a new mindset and take a new healthier approach to weight management.

The new education campaign encourages Americans to avoid extreme diet schemes and focus on simple, lifelong changes to promote health and weight management, so eat right, move more and milk your diet.
